The vendor a lovely house in Berkhamsted accepted our offer on Thursday last week. Before too long we should become Berkoids, enjoying the beautiful surroundings! I’m very much looking forward to moving out of the city and having my own garden. Now starts the whole house buying process… wahoo!

Absolutely awesome. Good luck to you! We can’t wait for you to move in. Spent this afternoon wandering around Berkhamsted Castle and talking to the castle keeper - fascinating stuff.
